Ok, must admit, there some quirks in that code. But mainly originating from the code I downloaded. I have updated the things a bit and now for everything is working better.

DiggClick extended
Since this year I had the DiggClick plugin runing on my blog, but i was not really satisfied with the look of those big digg buttons. So I looked around and found another digg look on the digg-tools website and decided to incorporate that look into the DiggClick plugin.
So, now DiggClick has new features:
Install:
Note:
I tricked around alot with the plugin and my safari and firefox cached the content often.
So if you don’t see any changes after changing the settings close the browser window, clear cache and javascript cache and try again.
Copyright/License:
The original plugin was written by Michael Moreno from opensolaris.biz, but unfortunatly he/his website is unreachable at the moment. So I don’t know what he thinks about the changes and all the credit for this nice plugin shell go to him. I’m just an editor making some minor changes. So, if you know him, please tell him that I updated his plugin and maybe he shell have a look at the source. I will also intend to remove the post and files if required by the original author.
But until then, please use and have fun…

Xtirer – my first opensource project
With several years of programming and development experience i finally decided to start my first opensource project called Xtirer. Deriving from a client project, Xtirer is dedicated to all those of you who need a fast and easy way to receive data from a MYSQL database in some kind of XML format.
Xtirer is available now as a pre-alpha alpha release at sourceforge. Just visit https://sourceforge.net/projects/xtirer and download the php scripts and the documentation. The whole thing is quite straight forward and not complicated to implement and i would be glad if you’d drop a comment either on the project’s site or here.
Wish you a nice working week, mip.
