I’m hungry

Posted in ideas by admin on the December 13th, 2005

Yes, I am. Not actually now, but sometimes when i watch tv or when I’m coming home and turn on the telly.
You know it always starts like that:

You somehow zapp through the channels without any doubt what you’d like to see. And then suddenly somebody
in a cooking show makes this little hidden feeling in your stomach grow.
And your eyes focus on the incredible actions the cook is performing, and you already see the beautiful tasty result
in front of you, ready for the first bite.

Ok, your brain interrupts and throws comments at you like: “you won’t get the same stuff at a restaurant near you”
or: “those fools at the next bar just put something deep frozen into the deep fryer and pretend it to be the same as on tv”.

your conclusion: it won’t work…

but since your fingers are not all thumbs, you decide to try it on your own.
You search, rummage around, but 90% of the ingredients are missing.

Ah, there you get the point!

Jamie Oliver (or who you ever fond of) tells you to call something like “0800-get your cooking package”
and half an hour later you come back from the next store with your cooking package and finally
your pathetic tummy is relieved.

How about that? Cooperation between supermarket chain and TV Cook.
First he shows you how to do it, generates enough appetite and demand.
Second you speak with the callcenter of the chain, just saying your address and the number of persons to be cooked for
and half an hour later you can pick up your cooking set with all ingredients at the next outlet?

I’d love it!

Happy cooking, yours, mip
